A MareinoHome technician will capture high-quality 360 images of your property, stitch them together to create a beautiful replica of your property for potential clients to view online as if they were there physically.

A time estimate will be provided once you submit your property details. However, capturing a space depends on the size and complexity of the property. For example, furnished properties take longer to scan than vacant properties, and the smaller the space, the faster the capture. Estimated capture time:

• 1–4,000 ft2: 1–3 hours

• 4,000–10,000 ft2: 2–5 hours

• 10,000–30,000 ft2 : 5–8 hours

Once the shoot is completed, MareinoHome 360 will fine-tune the model, and then provide you with a link that can be sent via email to your customers, embedded on your website and a teaser video that can be shared on your social media.
